On September 16, 2020, the first meeting of the first council of the Zibo National Innovation Center Advanced Vehicle Material Technology Innovation Center was successfully held in the conference room of the National Innovation (Zibo) Center. The board of directors of the National Innovation (Zibo) Center was present. All members; non-voting delegates include the supervisors, management and related colleagues of Guochuang (Zibo) Center. The meeting invited the management of the National Innovation Center, heads of business units and related colleagues to participate.

The meeting was presided over by Yuan Chengyin, the general manager of Guochuang Center on behalf of the organizer. The articles of association and the election of chairman and vice chairman of Guochuang (Zibo) Center were reviewed and approved. The follow-up agenda was presided over by Guo Hui, which included Guochuang. (Zibo) Center management, planning plan, 2020 business plan and budget, financial, procurement, legal affairs and other basic systems including 14 proposals.

The holding of this meeting marked the official operation of Guochuang (Zibo) Center.
