According to the Ministry of Science and Technology "Overall Plan for Promoting the Construction of National Technology Innovation Center (Interim)", Zibo-NEVC Advanced Vehicle Materials Technology Innovation Center (hereinafter referred to as: Zibo-NEVC) was Constructed. Facilitate the implementation of the industry development plan of Shandong New Material and the Shandong New Energy, combined with Zibo’s industrial development ideas to create a “New Material Capital”, and cultivate the automotive lightweight industry into the development of a new economy in Shandong Province and promote the development of the industry one of the high-end core industries, to create a world-class technological innovation center for advanced automotive materials and an innovation ecosystem, to become an advanced automotive materials innovation center based in Shandong and radiating the world, and to create a "light valley" of advanced automotive materials in China.
